Agreement
Welcome again to The Email Company Pty Ltd ACN 086 178 636 (‘TEC’).
Beyond the ENTER tab below is the ability to secure a personalised email address.
Prior to registering one or more personalised email addresses, you need to agree to and acknowledge the following:
- All URLs (domain names) are subject to a perpetual lease. Circumstances outside of TEC’s control can impact on this perpetual lease remaining current. Whilst TEC has a vested interest to ensure the longevity of this service, TEC is obviously unable to give an absolute guarantee in retaining the perpetual lease.
- Personalised email addresses are offered on a ‘first in, first secured’ basis, therefore TEC can’t guarantee your preferred choice of email address.
- TEC doesn’t have a reserving policy. To secure your preferred email address, you must complete the registration process.
- By registering a personalised email, you unconditionally consent to receiving periodic emails updating you on “What’s happening at TEC". If you no longer wish to receive these updates, you need to cancel your personalised email.
- TEC reserves the right to seek additional user profiling. Enhancing your profile will allow TEC to deliver higher quality communications.
- Users will, no doubt, access third party websites promoted by TEC. Being third party websites, TEC obviously has no control, responsibility or accountability over or for these websites. TEC highlights that inaccuracies, typographical or other technical errors; formatting and programming issues; or computer viruses may exist in third party content and websites. Users need to exercise proper caution.
- TEC has no financial interest in any of the advertisers and makes no representations about the accuracy or suitability of the information displayed on or linked from this generic website. This extends to the quality or performance of any products or services purchased. All third party information is provided ‘as is’, without express or implied warranty by TEC. Consumers use third party information at their own risk.
IMPORTANTLY, users must abide by regulatory or generally accepted rules governing the use of emails. This particularly relates to spam (refer Spam Act 2003). Where TEC becomes aware of any breach of these rules by a user, TEC has absolute rights to immediately terminate the offending personalised email address. If the breach is of a detrimental, threatening, harmful, malicious, inflammatory or defaming type nature, TEC, as required by law, will report the breach to relevant policing or regulatory authorities. The offending personalised email address will not be released for registration availability for an unspecified period of time. After the unspecified period of time, TEC will make the terminated email address available for registration on a ‘first in, first secured’ basis. Where termination occurs, the existing user has no rights to reserve the offending personalised email address for future use.
If you don’t understand or accept the above, you should EXIT this website.
